Our software, artwork, music, characters, names, and other Service content belong to XinHangTech or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for non-commercial entertainment. This does not transfer ownership of the Services or any Virtual Item.
If you submit User Content through an available feature, you remain responsible for it and must have the rights to share it. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, and operate that feature. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Some Services may offer purchases of Virtual Items or features. Prices and the item offered will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple, Google, or another store are processed under that platform’s payment and refund rules. Virtual Items are for use in the relevant game, do not represent real money, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here removes a statutory refund right.
7. PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
If we offer an event, promotion, or limited-time offer, additional rules displayed with it may apply. Availability, eligibility, and duration may vary by game or location. We will explain any material conditions before participation.

Please contact us first at dev@jixinhang.net so we can try to resolve a concern. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
15. SEPARATION OF TERMS

16. ASSIGNMENT

This English version is the version displayed for general use. If a translation is provided and applicable law requires that translation to control, that law will apply.
